Association for Rural Mass India (ARM) is working in the field of health, development, empowerment and capacity building.  In the year 1993 it was registered as society.  Initially we provided non-formal education to child labor and later moved to HIV/AIDS prevention in Villupuram district.  ARM works with a plethora of high risk groups, through targeted interventions.
The truck drivers, helpers and sex workers are targeted at Villupuram highway, through the PATH – Prevention Along The Highway project, which is supported by APAC-VHS, Chennai.  More than 750 sex workers, around 450 MSM and 10500 truckers are estimated to operate in Villupuram.
